Well, you have access to internet. You can find lots of resources there. When i started in IT, i was working for a company doing just IT support and the server were managed by third party. I upgraded my skills myself by self studying and added those skills to my CV and got another job where i now mange servers . Now i am getting bored of it and want to do something more of hybrid infrastructure. I am currently self studying and if my company does not move with technology, i will have to move to another role. The good thing is my company is moving to an Hybrid infrastructure so i dont have to move.

You dont have to use a technology at work to be an expert. Spin up some labs and practice. read tech books from experienced guys. Try and push those technology to your organisation and if they say no, put it just as a skill in your CV

Curry's number ain't dropping.I have cancelled the trade to Lola.I wanted to trade curry as he was my franchise player and wanted Whiteside desperately but can't drop curry for Whiteside alone. I can get another good rebounder but not easy getting a player who lights up three pointer.
