Guys, I was debited when I wanted to pay for my nysc call up I.d no but the transaction didn't even went through, I had to pay another fee. So my question is how do I get my money refunded back to my account.

A friend is trying to verify date of birth of nysc BATCH C 2018 portal but couldn't have headway, I tried to help also I didn't get it, PLS, ANY SOLUTION?

He has purchased d waec pin but d option is not on NYSC portal
the dashboard is not bringing the option.
