When u put ur sim,which mep is is asking for?

i wrote code in sim menu MEPD>MEP2 (coz when i turn it on it does not ask me for password, in sim menu say "no valid sim" )

here is mep info info if u need
MEP-07484-005
(got it from "help me!" menu and Engineering Screen > Device information)
