Buhari is the minister of petroleum. Warri, Portharcourt and Kaduna refineries are under his domain but they are all dead. He is commissioning a private refinery while the government owed ones are nothing to write home about.

That's not Wike. This was Amaechi driving El Rufain to the DSS office. This Picture was taken when Amaechi was the governor or Rivers at the time of their fall out with Jonathan. Wike took side with Jonathan and Amaechi left PDP which eventually led to Wike becoming the overnor of Rivers state. Wike was Minister of state for Education at that time under President Jonathan.
