Investing in Nigeria is a huge risk. Do it at your own peril

As a tradional man, build two properties in your state of origin first. One commercial and one residential. And if you are not from your state capital, you need a third one in your village. Then you can look for safe property to buy in your state of residence. As for me, I prefer pay rent in a prime area as I normally travel to my country home every weekend to enjoy nature. I can't tie down hundreds of millions or even billions that I am supposed to use to enjoy life on properties(Cash is king). Life is for the living. This life na update. Some people have a choice, I don't, I am allergic to some cooking ingredients like WHITE MAGGIE, 95% of the food cooked in Lagos contain it, even some high end eatery, I once had food poisoning for Buka hut or whatever they call it.

I also have issues with outside food. Twice I ate grilled chicken and chips(the ones you see on Lagos lounges) and twice I had severe throad sore that made it hard for me to eat. I would spent hours on just a cup of tea. I was so afraid that I thought I had throat cancer. Since then, I just dey respect myself. For now, I only get away with Mega Chicken, KFC and a few other eateries. I don't even try new ones.

I could spent six months without eating out. Not that I know how to cook o. I just know how to cook for me. I use Youtube alot. Sometimes, if I want to cook a particular food, I will watch multiple Chefs and go with the one whose food looks good to me.

That's a real man's life. You give us food, we chop. You are not around to give us food, we find food to chop. It is as basic as that.

Anyone faking kidnapping should be treated as a kidnapper. We should not let this trend continue, otherwise, people may no longer known when genuine kidnap case occur. And that will inhibit rescue response.

Self kidnapping should be treated as second degree kidnapping and should carry a minimum of 3 years inprisonment in the case where no love one's mental health was deeply affected by the suspect's action as evaluated by reputable mental health experts.

I still prefer schools with only either junior secondary or senior secondary, not the two together.
Mixing both is always a recipe for disaster.

It still doesn't matter in some schools. SS2 is the toughest year in my school because the SS3 students do not want to see anything SS2. The only reason juniors respect SS2 in my school is the fear of when they eventually get to SS3. The only real and actual seniors are SS3 students.
