Helping Poultry Farms Stay In Control.

🐔🥚 If you have 200 layers, how many crates of eggs should you be getting every day?

Is it 4 crates? 5? 6? Or even more?

Let's calculate it!

The answer is actually not a fixed number.

It depends on your flock's laying rate.

For example:

👉 At 70% laying rate:
200 birds × 70% = 140 eggs
That's about 4½ crates.

👉 At 80%:
200 × 80% = 160 eggs
That's about 5⅓ crates.

👉 At 90%:
200 × 90% = 180 eggs
That's exactly 6 crates.

And good commercial layer strains can reach production rates in the 90%+ range around peak production when conditions are right.

But here's the question I want to ask every poultry farmer:

Do you know YOUR flock's laying percentage today? 🤔

Because if you have 200 birds and you're collecting 4 crates today, you shouldn't just say, "That's what they gave me."

You should be asking:

Why 4 crates?

Are the birds too young?
Is production dropping?
Is there a health issue?
Is feed intake affecting performance?
Or are some eggs simply not being accounted for?

That's why keeping proper daily records is so important.

We are now expanding our PoultryOps Growth Partner (POGP) Network across Nigeria and are looking for motivated individuals who can help us introduce PoultryOps to poultry farms, farm owners, farm managers and agricultural businesses.

Who we're looking for

We are particularly interested in people with:

Experience or interest in sales, marketing or business development
Existing relationships within the poultry or agricultural sector
Good communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to identify potential customers and create business opportunities
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
The ability to work independently within an agreed territory

You don't necessarily need to be a software salesperson.

If you understand agriculture, know farmers and can build trusted business relationships, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

As a PoultryOps Growth Partner, you will:

🔹 Identify and engage potential poultry-farm customers
🔹 Introduce farmers to PoultryOps
🔹 Arrange product demonstrations
🔹 Help prospective customers understand how PoultryOps can improve their operations
🔹 Support customer onboarding and follow-up
🔹 Develop and maintain relationships with customers
🔹 Help grow PoultryOps within your network and territory

✅ Follow up with prospects

You don't need to be a software expert. Training and product support will be provided to you.

💰 WHAT DO YOU EARN?

This is a partnership/performance-based opportunity.

You receive:

₦50,000 monthly support allowance

to help with transportation, phone/data, meetings and other initial field activities.

PLUS commission on customers you bring in.

New Customer Commission — 20%

🟢 Solo — ₦10,000/month → ₦2,000 commission
🔵 Team — ₦15,000/month → ₦3,000 commission
🟣 Business — ₦20,000/month → ₦4,000 commission

You can continue earning 10% recurring commission from eligible customers you bring in as they continue their subscriptions and renew.

This means you have the opportunity to build a customer portfolio and create recurring income, rather than earning only from one-off sales.
