PoliticsRe: What Are The Contributions Of Each Region Partcularly The Se to the country? by slerry(f): 11:55am On Apr 16, 2020
Simplyleo:
The north east, north west and north central contribute agricultural produce which makes food items and and related products cheap in this country.

The South west is the industrial hub of the country. The region is the backbone of education in Nigeria. Commerce, agriculture and the likes are from the South west. Indeed, the South west is the most indispensable region as far as Nigeria is concerned.

Crude oil deposit in the South South has been our major source of national income and foreign exchange.

I'm done. cool
the Afonja Muslim, the south east contribute nothing but each time they call for succession those who contribute to the country will always wail, shake and tremble in fear. ur question should have been why is it that other regions can't do without the southeast? or why is there so much fear by other regions just at the mention of BIAFRA?
the truth is that southeast is d pillar and backbone of this country. the very day southeast will exit this geographical expression call Nigeria, watch as other regions will follow suit.
CrimeThe Un Dying Spirit Of The IGBO MAN. by slerry(op): 11:48pm On Apr 14, 2020
In every situation there are always lessons for EVERYONE. My daughter just made a post in a closed forum stating:

"Nigerians are crying for food after just 2 weeks of staying at home forgetting that the Biafran genocide lasted for 3 years and Igbos were condemned to starvation for the THREE YEARS"

And I add: And UNLIKE what happened to the Igbos for 3 years, in this TWO weeks NOBODY is bombing Nigerian MARKETS, SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, HOSPITALS and REFUGEE Camps. Also, NO ONE is imposing either land or sea or aerial BLOCKADE. NO ONE is laying siege and NO ONE is threatening to shoot anything that MOVES or DOESNT move. So for all those who found this two weeks under peaceable conditions difficult, just sit back and imagine what happened to the Igbos for three years between 1967 and 1970 and the United Nations and the rest of the World didn't give a damn. If you are Igbo born after 1970, hug and kiss any Igbo person you know was born before 1970. They are LIVING HEROES! They literally passed through the valley of death. If you are NOT Igbo, don't feel pity for Igbos. Just have an idea of what has happened to them from your experience of the last two weeks.
