There is nothing like local government in south-west atleast from what i know
They are just paying salary of local government workers,no chairman,no secretary nobody there
The toothless caretakers are their stooge so i think fayose is not making any sense here

Ekiti state remains the only state in SW with a duly elected chairman and councillors. D more research on your finding .
