Understanding your players strengths and how to set up your team to maximize the players potentials.
That’s majorly management. These are players we have seen play under different managers, so we know the skill set is there.

Same Ole! Won’t use VDB and yet blocked his sale. That transfer sum and James’ would have been enough to sign a DM like Bissouma.
Ole doesn’t need a DM, don’t mind these guys please. They are already building up excuses for him.

Offers came in for VDB and he blocked them. Yet I am to believe we lack finances to sign a DM.
Fact is, Ole doesn’t think a DM is a priority signing and that’s fine by me.
What won’t be fine is if any soul uses that silly excuse to defend him if he fails again.

No team is complete from defence to attack, there's always a weak spot so, Ole has no excuse. We have a back 4 that can rival any team in the league, a midfield 2 that are good enough to start for any team in the league, the only concern is the DM position where Ole is expected to earn his stripes by setting us up in a way to cover for that deficiency. In attack, we can hold our own against any team in the league.

Excuses? Ole has none...

Pep plays Ferran as a striker and wins games. Klopp plays midfielders as CBs and wins games. Tuchel used ‘useless players’ to win the UCL and to play good football.
But hey, we have no football identity because Ole doesn’t have a DM.

This is a good read!. Everybody but Amaka himself thinks a DM should be our priority signing. Even more critical than Sancho.

I have responded to this already. A lot of players would irk him in that team. Even Bruno with his erratic passes and Pogba holding on to the ball for too long and losing it.
