pls I need u to help me on how to do change of institution,have already been given admission but I did not choose polyib in jamb i only register for their p utme and I got 70 in CBT 53.5% and I choose civil engineering pls advise me on what to do cos have already pay the acceptance hope my admission wouldn't be forfeited or can I still do change of institution
