we have not travel as a family after the refusal. And my other question was some changes need to be done on my application forms which I used to pick date for the interview so I had to fill another one so can I use the new one for my interview? That is I want to use another application forms different from the one I used to pick interview date because there was a little error in the previous one

Good day everyone pls I need your advice like never before, pls how many times do you have to make changes on your appointment for you exceed the limit? Is it compulsory I upload my picture on my ds-160 form before submission? If I didn't what could be the likely penalty? Pls I need your response as soon as possible
