See illiterate tryin to feel important....95% of the properties U parade for lease r not even yours,all u do is get properties and try 2 market them without even knowin where the properties R Located,there r People on Nairaland who could Vouch for my intergity fellow Realtors.see idiot callin mi Quack.Mr stupidboy,I even hate the fact that I am exchangin words with U....so I would stop becos I don't want to be dragged down to ur levels.loggin out.......have a nice week.

You want to report me to the moderator,say wetin I do?for some ppl that will want to know the bone of contention between me and stupidboy sorry dinnerboy,some weeks back I had a client who wanted a 2bedroom flat,master bedroom ensuite,my client budget was 600k,I looked thru the property section of nairaland and I founded his ad for a 2bedroom @ mende Maryland,the description of the property matched everytin my client wanted so I call him
I discovered the property wasn't his direct brief,I requested 2 see the property first,becos my client is always busy except doing the weekend,mr Stupidboy sorry dinnerboy disagreed,he wanted mi to come with my client,so I called my client after much persuation he agreed 2 free fews hour the next day,so I called dinnerboy and we fixed an appointment.....an hour to the appointment I called dinnerboy,but he said he would get back 2 me immediately,then my client arrived @ my place, that was where the whole story changed,he didt even flash me,I called the stupidboy for like an hour,endless callin.......I had 2 apologise 2 my client and I even came up with a reasonable excuse.......this incident happened like 3weeks ago,dinnerboy didt even have the courtesy 2 return all my missed calls........which was more than 50....I rest my case.

I am not pickin on U becos I am bored or becos I don't have anytin better 2 do.Mr man u need 2 learn wat RESPECT is.

Mr Dinnerboy,I have so many bad tins I want 2 say to U but I won't....... Sadly it is Ppl like U who gives hardworkin agents a bad name.
