Your only saving grace would be if all those documents found on Biden where classified by him which we know is not the case becuase half of them where from his time as a senator where he had NO declassification authority at all.

Shut up. You’re the one spreading misinformation. The VP has limited declassification powers. He can only declassify documents he himself or his office classified. The president’s declassification powers on the other hand are broad and absolute across all agencies of the federal government. Stop being a political hack and speak the truth.

To be guilty of obstruction there has to be an underlying crime that the person is actively trying to impede. So if you say Biden can’t be charged for mishandling then there is no way in the world Trump can be charged for obstruction.
