This worked perfectly for me

Ok I was able to get this resolved after reaching one of their agents..

I think it was caused by a change of Bouquet.. i was formerly on Compact. The Streaming App became blank after I upgraded to a higher bouquet.

So they said anytime that happens.. I should log on to my account via Web on dstv.stream

Log in with my IUC or email or phone number and password..

*Click the three lines More on the lower right side..
*enter Update Sign in details..
*enter DStv Packages.. on the right
*then click on Unlink DStv Packages

Then login afresh..

Viewing on the App would be restored.

Tell them ure using a gionee m5 u cn still swap tho...but u HV to pay 1k fr recharge and 100# fr swapping DTS total 1100#

I use my own with my VPN always on,3g data is always on except wen I wana dwnld I use 4g and ba3 serves me well....
It can last a whole day like DT and I still HV xtra battery juice left...I suggest u check ur system manager and switch to power saving mode,activate ecomode too....and also activate intelligent battery savings.
With al Dis if charged to 100% at d end of d day I still have about 40% remaining

Buh u cn gt d sim from other retailers at 400naira ,regista it ,gt a 4g fone ,sub fr 4g data plan and start browsing

Use 4g switcher to switch to LTE mode only subscribe for a 4g data plan and den ure guud to go
Remember u wud nid to purchase a 4g enabled glo sim
And also be in a location were u HV 4g connection...

Please where can I get twrp 3.0.0 for giionee m5.i hv onlly been ablle too get 2.7.0 any help would be appreciated :-)
