Doesn't that tell you how corrupt these senators are? Thank you for your succinct clarification. But did you by chance read the last paragraph which advised the CG to look into it subject to the internal mechanisms of the Customs? I am sure you can see that clearly. |

babs2aroks: From Statistics I have Personally Obeserved, the Auto Tranny is an issue with most 406 Auto car owners I know.
I Onced witnessed a situation that the gear couldn't engage in 4 or 5 and thus stopped at 3 leaving the Rpm at very High points. From the owners thought or assumption "he said" the problem usually developed from a component in the ECU that had to do with transmission
Like Siena Said, Although Am sure your 1st Prefference is an auto...I'll advice you Go for a manual. |

auhanson: You are correct guy.
The honest truth is that if you mess with the engine of these peugeot cars, you will need a loan to replace. Also, the only set back for me is the cost of their suspension systems, that's suppose to be wear items. And the fact that they all completely turn away from rear wheel drive to front shaft, aside that they are just ok. |

Car Talk › Re: How Do I Choose Between A Mercedes GLC, A Landrover Discovery And Volvo CX90 by SmartchoicesNG: 9:18am On Mar 26, 2017 |
nurey: When he said safety, he is talking about build quality as Volvo has been pioneering safest cars in the world
If your friend wants to bring I this babies factor in maintenance cost to me the Benz would be cheaper in price parts and easily available in local market
Factor in complexity like air shocks, etc, our roads are bad they could cause undue stress to mechanical parts reducing their life time
Factor in relation to other on road vehicles, the Volvo stands alone and even in 5 years time it still going to be luck seeing one on road in naija so you probably have to import every nut and bolt the car needs
Factor in economic policies/cost the naira could strengthen up, you may be bored of your choice etc so it's possible he would have to resell the vehicle over there and not bother exporting it due to economic contingencies so pick the easiest to sell.
The most important factor is appeal, there is no point buying something that won't appeal to you and give you that feel of lordship over it, buy something you like to wash every morning, something you feel at home in, something you can boast about anytime any day.
European built Volvos. The new Volvos are Chinese built. Summary. |
