The development in Ibadan is not in one place like Onitsha. The development scattered all over Ibadan because the city is very big. You can get all the development view of Onitsha in one shot because of their land. You can drive up to 4hrs in Ibadan without getting to you destination because it is too big. Egbeda, Lagelu, oluyole are the top three biggest local government in Ibadan, Google their size and population and rest.
