Dear learned folks, please what is the minimum thickness a 'german floor' hould have?.....location Niger delta . Note that block work and roofing have been done.
What is the average cost for 265 m2 surface?

150mm, 6inch thick , Least Should be 100mm i.e 4 inch thickness.

A Budget of 450-650k should suffice depending on the areas in the building.

Please I need help from you all. I have a land full plot and half of the space has been used for building 4self contains and the remains I want to use it for 4 self contains and 2rooms apartment. Size of the land is 18.4meters by 14.0meters. space around the fence is not calculated.

What's your plan for the remaining half.

What kind of sub-structural work( foundation) was done before the ground floor slab( German Floor). The Kind of Architectural Plan you are planning to impose on the already made "German Floor" should be easily transmitted evenly to the Foundation in order to avoid structural deficiency.

Secondly, The Location of your site determines which building structure i.e mini flats, hostel, shopping mall appreciates faster, that determines how far your budget goes.
