@smiley001, it's a very problematic environment! I won't forget the day their Oga came to site with his boys to make noise. Thank God for the trigger-happy mopo's I engage to separate the Red Sea.

But as a supplier, you should be able to navigate the rough water. Even the owner can't do nothing. You're their first contact from Abraham Adesanya junction to roundabout and inside the town.

Yes u r very correct sir but it's always good to pay them their dues.

How much is 30 tons of Stone /granite dust to Ogombo Ajah?

To Ogombo sir, we will give u 133k for a full 30tons of 3/4 down granite and 87k for a very good quarry stone dust.

NB: Sir, u would be the person to clear or pay for d suppliers association and the omo onile at ur gate sir and dis 2 shouldn't be more Dan 4k.

Why did we ask u to clear it in ursef?
From the thread u av for dis ur project sir which I think we are following, we want to believe it's not a Virgin site or project for us as there had been a supplier supplying u granites before and dis supplier association Ajah axis can be problematic base on this.

Not that we can't handle it or clear it in but for d fact dat u r d owner of ur building and property, there won't be any problem for u at all but just prepare btw 3k-4k per trailer for them and u r good to go sir.

Our prices are subject to review becos they are not fixed but the prices we quoted are wot is obtainable right now and at the moment.

U already contacted us on our thread and we replied u even on d sharp sand but no response sir...

Forumites, I'm sorry if I may av derailed this thread... dis isn't advert kos I know it's against d rule of dis thread but just part of d answers he has been receiving on this thread base on the question he asked.

Cheers.
