Please how does a top up degree work if I graduated with third class will a top up degree upgrade it to a first and second class? And how long will it take pls thank you

Hello I am looking for answers I want to know if I can do HND without doing 1 year IT thank you.

Please I need help with something and I cannot find the answers anywhere if I wanted to join nigerian army but I'm with 3rd class will they take me if I have a pgd or master's degree ? What do I need to do from here if they don't take me please it's crucial.

I just need a suggestion from people on nairaland if it's allowed to take in someone with PGD or master's if they are third class or do I start afresh again.
