I think I understand your point of view here about just stating your tastes and likes regarding the design.

The message being passed across is simply that this page is the wrong place for that, it's someone's car advert and some info no matter how unharmful the intent of the poster might end up passing a wrong signal to prospective buyers

I won't ask you not to comment on your dislike of the dashboard anyways because when someone says, "nice dashboard design wow", I'll welcome it too
