I am happy that bank staffs get to retain their jobs, but is this move by the CBN legal, can a government agency dictate how a business is supposed to manage its resources?

The question is for how long?

Guys i have looked some pages (almost 50 pages out of the almost 6000 pages) and done my own research your expertise and advise is highly needed. I want to switch to an Online trading platform but not sure which offers the best in terms of charges, customer service, easy to user web/mobile app and prompt action. Some online platforms seem to have different NSE, CSCS and SEC charges which i presumed should be the same. See my shortlist below;

2. Stanbic Ibtc (I am aware they need 5mm to open account)
