Gurus in the house i got this from Meristem today

Good morning Sir,

We trust this mail meets you well.

Please confirm if you have mandated your account by filling an E-dividend mandate form as the Registrar are the custodian of dividend payment. If you have not, enclosed is an E-mandate form to be filled, passport affixed and scanned back for onward processing. This comes with a charge of N200.

Also, attached is a share transfer form and a specimen copy to guide you for the processing of your specimen signature with the concerned Registrar as this is usually carried out for shares purchased via the secondary market.

Once your account has been mandated, all outstanding and subsequent dividends will be credited directly into your bank account by the Registrar.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to serve you.

Warm Regards,

I have submitted my e-Dividend with GT Bank and they have charged me and transmitted why am i doing all this again?

And does this happen with other Registrars cuz GTL didnt ask me for this

Thanks in advance

STNWAUME:
Don't you know NSE is a dead and only waiting for burial just like corruption has killed Nigeria and Naira

If you still want to make out something tangible from the stock market better follow the US STOCK PICK ALERT thread link below and stop looking for the living among the dead.

Thanks me later.

You worked there but clearly did not know what was going on inside...that is expected of most bankersgrin

You dont even know the MD of the bank you worked in grin
I guess you want to get peoples attention to drive the stock price up

From Nepotism to childish antics, it doesnt get you very far as bank

The likes FUGAZ are called so because they focus on the big picture which is making profit

How many times do you get to see Wigwe, Uzoka, Agbaje or Ovia online posting philosophical thoughts

cuz the are focused on the bottomline

Its a growing bank and very innovative....Board position is strong including management and their books looks good for a growing bank, with majority of its shares in few hands

Indians also play a major role in the future of the banks management.

Its best for me....I will accumulate more for long term.
As someone who used to work there i wont put my 1naira in it based on the young mgt as the MD spends most time on social media like Twitter and Linkedin instead of looking for ways to grow the banks bottomline

The social media wars was the most childish thing i saw and did it add any valuable corporate customer NO!!!

The mass exodus of his tech staff who do the creative work is also worrying with the likes of Polaris bank and FBN taking the very smart ones

Dont invest on sentiment but TA or fundamentals

Km 1700...here we go....
Abeg whats happening here saw the stock kept dancing around 1200 and 1250 settling at 1205
Is the AGM going to see the price drop just like others like DangCem?
I am thinking of cashing out but greed is pushing me to stay in

Any tips elders?

The truth is all banks have been charging this for a while now. I guess most people don't notice the 50 naira when the deposits their account.

So much for a Govt that wants to go cashless.

You don't know what our FIRS is doing cuz i haven't seen this model used any where in the world

I am waiting for the Notification for deposit/Transaction Tax they were trying to introduce recently

Just a clueless bunch
