My brother I will advise you to visit a psychiatrist because It happened to me few years back but after a psychiatrist was recommended to me in LASUTH then I discovered it due to depression, Panic disorder in which, some GAS, which I don't know the name they call it flows through your vein. I was feeling it throughout my body, from under my feets to inside my brain and sometimes feels my head is heavy and about to pull me down. Though a drug was recommended for me to be used but I'll not tell you because it might not be 100% the same cause but pls visit a psychiatrist. I promise it will surely and definitely help. Anybody feeling same can email me for what I passed through and how overcome it. I was told it's spiritual until I discovered it's medical.
