It's common because its cheap to purchase and to maintain. Just thought i should tell you what will not give you troubles. You may be lucky to get a good for between 250k - 300k. Then you can love-vendor it with the money with you.

Get a Volkswagen Vento. Minimal cost of maintenance and fuel. When buying small cars for personal use, look at what is used for commercial purposes. Commercial drivers look at durability, cost of maintenance and fuel. So a Volkswagen Vento fits the bill any time. God bless us all!!!

Your Altima option is good, but that engine is a bit big. You may want to consider smaller Nissan cars like the Almera, Primers etc.
