Nice2023:Thank you |
Eba50:The number was unsaved on truecaller as I did check that. I was the one who went to name it on Truecaller after my experience to prevent others from falling victims |
Esthered:This is what their mails look like
|
Esthered:Website, no negative PR on Social media, Money not sent without confirmation, PAGA, etc |
garriAndsugar:Yes. How they accessed my Paga account and transfered to themselves without my authorization still baffles me. Paga number attached to the transfered account: 0906 657 5684 |
Lithiumite:It does not exist. The number on the site does not go and is Whatsapp only I was blocked after automatic debit from my Paga account. I reached out to the number using a second number to discover my first number was truly blocked. He blocked my second number when he discovered it was me. |
I want to share an experience to prevent others from losing money. I received an advert of a company operating under the name “Drivaro Auto Financing”, offering vehicle financing/auto loan support. As part of the process, I was instructed to open a Paga account and deposit my contribution (30% equity/payment for the vehicle financing). See their website: https://drivaroautos.com/ And Whatsapp number: +2347065053754 Shortly after the funds were deposited, ₦1,500,000 disappeared from the account without my authorization. The money was reportedly transferred to an account bearing the name “Idowu Adeluola” and then I was blocked. I have already begun reporting the matter to relevant institutions. Red flags I wish I had taken more seriously: Pressure to quickly open a new account for payments Requests to move money into a newly created account Lack of verifiable physical presence or transparent loan documentation Communication patterns that became suspicious after payment I am sharing this to encourage caution. If you are considering any auto financing arrangement, please verify the company independently, confirm registration details, visit a physical office if available, and never transfer large sums without proper legal documentation and bank verification. If anyone has had a similar experience with this company name or process, please share. #ScamAlert #Nigeria #AutoFinancing #VehicleLoan #ConsumerProtection
