This is what is drawing them back because they feel they need to account for EVERYBODY that was issued AP to determine the total number of people on payroll. But if they can't contact them, they should move on to the next step (Induction or Posting whichever) and place a notice in the newspaper with the AP names of those who have problems. Simple!

Another issue I feel is connected to this delay is that, the "open space" created by this unclaimed AP letters is causing war among sponsors who still have people they want to be employed. Our OGAS AT the TOP may be struggling to put new names to replace them. So when two BIG ELEPHANT they fight, na "grass" dey suffer am
