The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling client inquiries, directing visitors, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate staff.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and deliveries.
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
* Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
* Provide basic information about the company’s services to walk-in clients.
* Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

* Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (real estate industry experience is an advantage).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
