All new ABU zaria
students whose name(s)
appeared on thejust
released ABU admission
list 2012/13
are required to adopt the
following guidelines to
regularize their acceptance
of the offer:
a) All New undergraduate
students should go to
their admitted Faculties for
screening
b) After faculty screening,
Go to the ABU Web Portal
and complete the New
student profile
registration, generate and
pay school fees, and
complete online course

just concluded the post-
UTME examination and
about 16,000 candidates
sat for that examination
and our quota is just
6,080. So, out of 16, 000,
we are taking only a little
above 6,000. Where will
the remaining 10,000 go?
And, these are first choice
candidates. We are not
even talking about second
choice candidates. If we
add the second choice
candidates, then we are
talking about a figure
between 25,000 and
30,000 candidates. Even if
we increase the size of
our intake, our capacity
cannot go beyond
20,000. So, what of the
remaining 10,000 or
15,000 candidates? Where
will they go?
