Hello, please I have a question... After been refused for Visa, is it possible to change institution and program of study before reapplying?? So that the first application will be different from the second one entirely....

2. The first school tuition is high for my sponsor..

1. You want to reapply with an LOA from the same institution and/or the same course?

2. Why do you want to change your initial LOA other than for the reason of its expiry?

Hello nairalanders, I applied for my study permit visa and I was refused. I'm 18years of age, admitted at University of Alberta for the fall term 2022.
Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit
application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet
the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements.

My sponsor was a board member of my high school who has promised to sponsor the overall best student to study in Canada.
Documents submitted:-
-Application form
-Birth certificate
-passport
-LOE
-Proof of funds by sponsor - N12m
-Entrance Scholarship from school - $8000 CAD
-Tuition deposit -$1000CAD
-My certificate of excellence as the best student
-WAEC certificate


I want to request for GCMS note.....
