Dear Sir,
I applied for B1/B2 Visa January this year in pursuit of writing the New york Bar exam But i was refused and the only reason i can think of is because i sincerely answered the consular when i was asked if i have any family over there? My answer was in the affirmative, ''that i had a family over there but not sure of where exactly he is staying but i have my hotel reservation''. i guess that beckons on a guess of why i was refused.

In an attempt to still try and meet up with the Feb Exam, i was still eager to write the Bar exam since i have prepared for over 6 months and also paid all the fees, i applied again at February , i was equally denied, i felt bitter because i cannot place a good reason for the denial, i have genuine intentions and i stated all clearly. But friends are of the opinion that the only reason is because i answered that i have someone over there who is just a Nephew.

I have a new job now paying twice what i was earning when i applied back in February, i started the job March after i applied the second time. I intend to Visit the USA this November, Will it be too soon to apply and may raise flag of being desperate or is advisable to wait till next year when i will be entitle to another leave. and hopefully i intend to try the Newyork Bar exam Next year as well.

Please i will be grateful if you can clear the air for me about this... I must commend that you are doing a great work and this is just the best FAQ session i have ever seen.. Great Job
