If you abide by d rule 1 and ur fone still has dis issue accidentally just press volume down + power on button simultaneously for not more than 5 seconds then wait for it to show you a menu, use d volume to navigate up and down, use d power button to select an option. So to bring it back on select factory reset below the menu and voila
3. Make sure u don't ignore rule 1 and follow rule 2 precisely to achieve the result.

you can check your eligibility by trying to print payment advice form. print it before e coming to buy it. There will be bank charge of about 250naira too and banks will make the optional thing compulsory. Everything should be about 4250 but come with 5k.

try restarting the device. If the problem persists,its either you have deleted a raw file or something. dew it happen to other apps
