Frankielilbaby:

Go to your GCkey and sign in in the eligibility criteria it will be stated that they are reviewing whether you meet the requirements

I don’t have a GCkey account. I only login through their portal. Can I still sign up the GCkey account?

Hello SoftdudeKay,

If you intend for your spouse to join you and if you didn't declare being in a common-law relationship at the time of submission, it will be wise to inform IRCC by attaching the necessary evidence like the wedding invitation, marriage certificate, change of name (if done already), photos, etc.

If you notify IRCC after the application has been approved, the assessment of the authenticity of the union might pass through rigorous scrutiny. Though not like that which is conducted for the Express Entry system.

Success is all I Wish You!

Please, how do I know when my eligibility starts? I submitted online on July 13th.

Kindly help.
Thanks.

Please, I was single as at when I submitted my application in July, but I got married last month. I am yet to get a response from IRCC. Do I need to inform them about my new marital status while sending my web form to them?

Kindly advise accordingly.
Thanks.

Hi Msbaileyz,

Either of the portals can be employed for the submission of your application. Regarding the timeframe, no one can assuredly tell which is faster at this time.

Please use the link below to determine your final conclusion:

I can't wait to celebrate with you!

Please just let it rest abeg you haven't been here for a while and as soon as you return this is what you go for first. Come, are you really here for help or are you on some sort of revenge scheme?
Abeg let it rest fake or no fake let's just continue with our lives abeg and makano is really helping people, even if he is 'illegally' advertising himself the main thing is that he is helping so let's drop the case okay?

Please, kindly enlighten me more on the medicals. Do I need to do my medicals before I get a response from them? Or do I need to wait until they ask me to go for my medicals? What is best to do about the medicals?

Kindly enlighten me.
Thanks.

No it would not, IRCC only uses the bank statement presented in your application to evaluate your file. They do not have access to bank account and cannot just check the money in it. Why people advises that the money remain there for the time of processing is because they may sometimes request an updated copy of your bank statement so I would not say you are on safe grounds but I won't say you have entered a dangerous territory either. Just be on standby anyways.

Thanks, I appreciate.

Please, I would like to enquire more about the POF. I had about #12.6m NGN (after paying over #4m NGN as per tuition fee for the first semester) in my account as at when I submitted my study permit in July 13th, I have left this funds in my account for a very long time that I now had to use from it to do business and currently, I only have about #2.4m NGN sitting in my account. Please, if my file is to be attended to today, can this affect my application? Or would they only attend to my application based on what I submitted then?
NOTE: My school started in September, I had to defer my admission to W-23 (January, 2023).

Kindly clarify a brother. Thanks.
