Our being inobjective in solving this insecurity challenges is what gives it the nutrients to grow. There has never been a time that Muslims are not massively casualties of this mayhem.

So again, sharap
Death by gun violence in the United States of America eclipses all of that in Nigeria's full blown terrorism, ESN, Fulani herders. If you need records for verification I can show you.

Nigeria is a the biggest crime scene on earth. The most insecured contraption on all ramifications. Your continuous hope on the dawned institutions will be your undoing. Already, terrorists have all the information of the elites and sensitive organizations. This makes it easier to get them when they want them.
Nigeria worse reach this country most people wish to go as if it is paradise?!

There are criminal records of biological children kidnapping their own parents for ransom as well as killing their parents for rituals.

You should always hope that you don't fall in the hands of the evil minded.

A few months ago I was on an Arik flight Abuja-Lagos, and just before takeoff the stewardess told me to switch off my phone. I said it was already on airplane mode, but she insisted very rudely that I should switch it off completely.

I've never encountered that kind of attitude on international flights, even ones that require passengers to stow away their devices.

Cabin crew on domestic flights tend to feel superior and talk down to passengers. They need serious reorientation.

Meanwhile, a lot of Nigerian airfarers are quite uncouth and downright despicable on flights....from coughing without covering their mouths, to obnoxiously loud prayers, and poor toilet etiquette, reclining their seats without consideration of the passenger behind, and a smattering of entitlement and ego because they can afford tickets.
Those bad attitude and more have conditioned the mindset of the cabin crew over time. That what you should. More over, when they say switch off your hand set just switch it off that's the Nigerian standard.

traditionally the Alafin is stronger, politically the Oni is stronger.
There is politics in tradition and your statement is quite subjective. What is at play is the nature of the kingship. It doesn't resonate like that compared to the kingship in Ibadan where there is no tussel for power to dominate. Both Oni and Alafin are fighting for dominance.

Why dafuq is she asking him for child support and not full custody if that's what she wants?

I'm done with you.
What you are saying is that the father is a coward not courageous enough to own up to his responsibility. There are legal measures he can take even if she doesn't want to release the baby. But a man not even bold enough for a DNA test?!

So that we don’t forget.

The younger generation also needs to know what these creatures are. History must not be erased.

Remember this:

Matthew 10:16 – “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves; so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.”

And also:

Exodus 22:2-3 – If a thief breaks in at night, defending yourself is not counted as murder.

Nehemiah 4:17-18 – The people carried weapons while rebuilding the wall to protect themselves.

Proverbs 22:3 – “The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it.”

Luke 22:36 – Jesus tells disciples, “Let the one who has no sword sell his cloak and buy one” (preparation for danger).

To have peace, sometimes you must prepare for war.
The South East is bleeding every day. A governor in the South East has affirmed that the killers are his own tribes men. Of course a tribe prominently Christians and a few self acclaimed Jews. So you can see that in human affairs violence seems inevitable. The best we can do is to try as much as possible to manage our affairs in a manner that will prevent violence from occuring and insecurity too and when such beats our pro active measures how do we react so has to have the least of casualties.

He doesn't want a baby...why force it on him? Isn't it obvious she wanted to use the son as a cash cow? Yet she wants to collect child support from a man she kept calling a ritualist?
He can take his child that is his own seed and primary responsibility if he doesn't want the mother.

What was written was that Prophet Muhammad wouldn't have minded marrying one of the contestants of the pageant.
It wasn't enough to cause killings of people, but it did.
Was there any need of dragging Prophet Muhammad into a stake that ordinarily is against his teachings?!

Shehu Sani was recently invited to be a judge in a beauty pageant but he declined stating obvious reasons rooted in his religious belief.

That was totally uncalled for, a journalist should understand the 'psychology of crowd' .

Boko Haram started when Yaradua was in power. Infact he was the one that mismanaged the situation. He gave a commanding order to our securities to kill and the abused that command killing indiscriminately.

Muhammad Yusuf, the founder of 'Boko Haram' was apprehended alive but wasn't allowed to be investigated he was outrightly killed under custody. Funny isn't it? Muslims in Nigeria rioted because a pageant was slated to hold in the country.
That wasn't the reason . Don't be misinformed. It was a riot which was ignited by incitement in the newspaper that Prophet Mohammed would have lusted for one of the pageant had he been alive to witness the event. Whether the writer wrote such out of ignorance or was deliberate to provoke is not what I can judge. But the lesson is, know that words are powerful. Hence use them wisely.

This is one of the biggest delusional psychosis ever propounded as far as Nigeria is concern. Lord Lugard and his British co-conspirators did a terrible mistake that the question of shared or divided nationhood will continue to dogged this contraption of an entity.

This is nation was never programmed to be one because of a wide difference in historical origin, value systems, ideological inspiration, ethno-religio-regional, and above all, the politico-military history of this nation.
Nnamdi Kanu is a self proclaimed Jew and by Jewish beliefs Jesus is not God nor is he the son of God or both man and God at the same time. This goes completely in variant with Christian beliefs hence, the only variable that will bring harmony will be the affinity by tribal ties and not religious beliefs. Even at that, an inclusional diversity through religion can break the bond of the affinity by tribe if their is no respect of values and idealogies people hold dear to themselves, within a partially homogeneous environment.

Boko Haram too was just a riot at inception until it was mismanaged and politicians took advantage of the situation to sabotage the government in power.

Making reference to this only shows that Nigeria's challenges in terms insecurity and violence is deep rooted and did not start today and can never ever end today but can only be well managed.

I am well aware that criminal responsibility is personal, and nobody can be arrested for a crime committed by another. But the case at hand involves the commission of both a crime and a TORT. The driver of Dangote committed the TORT of negligence while acting in his capacity as Dangote's EMPLOYEE.
Stick to this very scenario in question, as it stands, nobody has arrested or will ever arrest Dangote over this incident (your discussion about Dangote's arrest is based on assumption, not fact), the guilty driver was arrested and detained for the crime he personally committed, but we all know that Dangote will be the one to bear the civil liability which the TORT of negligence attracts, if ever the family of the victim decides to sue for damages!!
What do you mean by the bolded? Because I really don't understand where that is coming from.

No. Jonathan passed the electoral reform bill into law and kept saying his ambition is not worth the blood of any Nigerian. He was defeated and he calmly conceded defeat even when some of his appointees were ready to cause rancour. He didn't scuttle other political parties using state resources in a bid to run unopposed.
Put all that too in your calculation. Thank you.

Jonathan enjoyed such a privilege but was defeated by a formidable opposition called APC so go and organize your opposition to the best of your ability. When APC planned to take over, APC wasn't giving excuses to fail. APC did their home work well go and do yours bearing in mind, in your calculation that this is an INCUMBENT GOVERNMENT you want to face just like it was with Jonathan hence it's a fair play.

The last I checked, I quoted the question you asked in your comment, not the strange "discussion" that I'm just seeing.
In your own words, you asked the following:

"Why will Dangote be arrested and not the driver? ..."

The simple answer to your above question is Vicarious Liability, no more, no less..
You definitely dont know anything about vicarious liability. Sincerely you don't. If you do, you will know that the essence of such liability is to shoulder CERTAIN responsibilities as an employer which is very well defined and doesn't amount to arrest but compensation paid to the affected victims in a case such as this one.
