I actually know about this silent killings of criminals. I also know about using other people to substitute who should be killed while the criminal finds his or her way to freedom. Most of the time, the work it for them to run away to other countries.

That is not the right way to go about it. She should be more deliberate in scouting for potentials and investing in them not for monetary gains but inorder to make champions. Throwing it open like this seems to me won't achieve something tangible. It's a good will though. I commend her.
