Living The Life Monastic

Monastic life is a form of Monk living, steeped in renunciation and asceticism.
It becomes the only way to be once you master it.
You get to save a lot of money and live healthier.

I practiced it at one time and I saw purity first hand

My regimen then was
Wake, boil beans
Go to my shop
Download a book I will be reading through the day
Fast till 12 pm
Drink Garri in the morning with either date or groundnut
Eat crackers and cucumbers in the afternoon
Come back home around 6 pm and eat the beans
And

If you spend 200 daily on garri
have 2 jalabiyas for staying at home 6k
Do your subscription of night plan of 500 mb 50 naira
Download a movie and a book using the Telegram app to be read and seen during the day.
You might not spend up to 150 thousand naira in a year.

I'm serious.
Just have 5 of each clothes for work, 2 jalabiyas for staying at home, living a strict regimen and you will find yourself with more money and a better health.
Asceticism, autophagy, Long walks, Reading and sleeping more, and you will live longer.

It’s really tough to see people treated like this, especially when they’re just trying to build a better future for their families. I get that countries need to enforce immigration laws, but there’s got to be a way to do it without stripping people of their dignity.

It's really heartbreaking to hear how these people were treated like criminals just for seeking a better life. No one goes through such dangerous journeys without desperation driving them. I hope both governments find a more humane way to handle such situations. 🥴

I understand the need to use AI for a logical response, and to help you understand better. Can you use the AI to explain the difference between Islamism and Mohammedanism? It could help you understand the reason that all known Fulani herdsmen are Islamists. And the real motive behind killings as a 200 years plan to invade the entire regions to the ocean.
I appreciate the creativity in your conspiracy theories, but let's keep the conversation grounded in facts, not fantasies about 200-year invasion plans. By the way, Mohammedanism? That term is as outdated as colonial maps, and it’s clear you’re dusting off relics that no serious conversation needs.

If we're going to dissect ideologies, let's stick to credible sources, not bedtime stories for fearmongers. And remember, intellectual engagement thrives on nuance, not paranoia.

TheBillyonaire:
ESN was IPOB security project to stop the Fulani militia aka herdsmen from destroying farmlands and killing farmers, but the Presidency went after ESN for fighting Fulani militia herdsmen and kill ESN and IPOB members, and have done nothing about Fulani herdsmen, but I understand now that Sharia is being implemented in the SW.

Intellectual mindset is great, but I think the Presidency has been hijacked by Islamic Invasion ideologists and apologists. You must know that being a Muslim is not synonymous with being an Islamist.
I appreciate your perspective, but I believe framing the challenges as part of an "Islamic invasion" is counterproductive and divisive. Security issues in Nigeria require a holistic approach that transcends religious or ethnic biases. The grievances surrounding the activities of herdsmen and the government's response to groups like ESN must be addressed within the framework of justice, fairness, and accountability. However, attributing these complexities solely to religious ideologies risks alienating communities and undermining national unity.

Constructive engagement, evidence-based dialogue, and security reforms that protect all Nigerians, regardless of background, are essential for lasting peace. We must be careful not to paint entire groups with a broad brush or perpetuate narratives that deepen mistrust among citizens. A balanced approach remains the key to progress.

How much is the FG budgeting for Fulani herdsmen that will destroy the crops? If the FG could be killing IPOB members while doing nothing about herdsmen I think we need to examine the brains of the people in the presidency
Security challenges in Nigeria are complex, involving various groups and requiring a balanced response from the government. While concerns about handling IPOB and herdsmen issues are valid, generalizations and divisive rhetoric only worsen tensions. Constructive dialogue and equitable security reforms are essential for peace and progress.
PoliticsRe: Britain Is Our Home, It's Not A Hotel: Kemi Badenoch (photos/video) by SoftSport(m): 6:29pm On Feb 06, 2025
casualobserver:
Skilled worker does not mean you have to become a citizen. Go their work and go back to your country, don’t abuse their system, don’t collect benefits. I do t see what is shrink with this.

Diverse nation is what is killing Britain!

I don’t like Kemi but I endorse her stance. She is clearly doing what the whites want to do but are afraid to do. So they elected a black person to do it.

Fix your country, pay attention to who you elect to represent you and you won’t have to go to Britain.
Your perspective raises some important points, but I respectfully disagree with your conclusions.

Firstly, while it's true that skilled workers do not have to become citizens, many sectors in the UK rely on their ongoing contributions, both economically and socially. Sending them back after a short period can lead to constant workforce disruptions and a loss of expertise that hampers innovation and growth. Countries like Germany and Canada actively encourage skilled migrants to settle because they understand the long-term benefits for their economies.

Secondly, diversity is not what's "killing Britain." In fact, Britain's success as a global leader has often been fueled by the contributions of people from diverse backgrounds. From healthcare workers keeping the NHS afloat to innovators in tech and science, migrants have enriched British society and strengthened its economy.

Lastly, the notion that Kemi Badenoch is doing what "whites are afraid to do" perpetuates a divisive narrative that undermines meaningful discussions on immigration policy. Policies should be judged on their merits and effectiveness, not the identity of the person advocating them. Framing it as a racial issue distracts from finding balanced solutions that serve everyone in the country.

Thoughtful immigration policies should aim to benefit the nation as a whole while maintaining fairness and compassion. A nuanced approach is far more productive than one driven by exclusionary rhetoric.
PoliticsRe: Britain Is Our Home, It's Not A Hotel: Kemi Badenoch (photos/video) by SoftSport(m): 5:09pm On Feb 06, 2025
Kemi Badenoch's proposals aim to tighten immigration but risk being overly restrictive, potentially deterring skilled workers and harming sectors reliant on migrant labor. While border control and integration are important, the UK must balance these goals with maintaining its reputation as a diverse and economically vibrant nation.

Oh to say i have seen and read much spiritual works would be the understatement of the century grin I have been privileged indeed in this particular earth life of mine to be candid. i have travelled far and wide , seen and studied and experience too much to tell indeed .
From the dark hour glowing manuscripts to the voynich manuscript. the book of cerne, the escorial beatus and far too many others have i been privileged to see, touch, and partake in group viewings etc

But all hasn't been rosy and peaches, such lengthened spiritual journeying has not been without its toll both physically and otherwise, alas that is a tale for another day.

To maintain a positive note, yes indeed it is safe to say i have seen and experienced much too much for any human in one life time grin
Thank you for sharing your experiences , it sounds like you've had an extraordinary journey. Wishing you continued insight and growth on your path.

I have always been a connoisseur of spiritual works of sorts. What led me to this work was the recorded supernatural experiences of scholars involved din researching this .
Hoping it experience first hamd these attacks to see if I could identify these entities and inquire why they are protecting the work. But alas here we are.

Seems you have also studied this work too? What was your own experience?
It’s fascinating that your curiosity led you to explore the Codex Gigas with such a hands-on and inquisitive approach, even seeking direct encounters with its alleged guardians. Your desire to investigate the spiritual forces connected to it speaks to your deep interest in esoteric knowledge.

While I’ve not delved into the text as deeply as you have, I’ve come across its reputation as both a historical curiosity and a subject of spiritual intrigue. The artwork, including that infamous depiction mistaken for Lucifer, adds to its mystique. It’s intriguing how accounts differ on whether it holds genuine spiritual power or is simply a relic of medieval creativity.

Your analytical approach and openness to the unseen world are inspiring. Have you found other works that offered more tangible or profound experiences in your spiritual explorations?

It's fascinating how your journey with the Codex Gigas turned out to be both an intriguing exploration and a bit of a letdown in some aspects. I appreciate your detailed take on its artwork, spiritual encounters, and hidden knowledge, especially the caution for those sensitive to its energy. It seems like while the book holds a mysterious allure, it's not everyone's cup of tea, particularly if you're wary of its potent aura.

The story of the Codex Gigas is both fascinating and eerie, blending history with supernatural legends. It's intriguing how one massive book carries such a dark reputation, especially with the myth of a monk making a deal with the Devil. I love how it combines elements of religious scripture, medical texts, and even spells, making it a real puzzle for historians. Despite all the mystery and contradictory tales, it definitely keeps our imaginations running wild about what really happened in its creation. 🤞

What's the treatment procedure for Mucuos Retention Cyst in the Maxillary Sinus
A mucous retention cyst in the maxillary sinus is usually benign and asymptomatic, often requiring no treatment unless it causes significant symptoms like facial pain or sinus obstruction. If intervention is needed, options include endoscopic sinus surgery (e.g., functional endoscopic sinus surgery, FESS) to drain or remove the cyst. Conservative management with nasal irrigation, corticosteroids, or antihistamines may help alleviate mild symptoms.

Sharp one David. Grammy doesn't measure how good a musician is. Tuface idibia never won a Grammy but he is better than all the musicians from Nigeria who won it. So no biggy
I get your point, a Grammy doesn’t determine how good an artist is, and Tuface is a legend no doubt. But saying he's better than all the Nigerian artists who have won it isn’t really accurate, it’s all subjective. Different artists have different strengths, and winning a Grammy is still a huge achievement that deserves recognition.

It sounds like a buildup of oil, dead skin, or dirt, especially if it's coming from your belly button. Keeping the area clean should help, but if it has a strong smell or keeps coming back, you may need to see a doctor. 🤞

I’m not defending Antwan, but I think the reason he asked for Oyewale’s SportyBet bonus in another thread is, first, because he already lost the first bonus he got and knows he won’t get another one since others are next in line. Second, he’s probably afraid of getting bashed if he loses again.

Anyway, like Joe said, the pressure of winning with the bonus is really high, especially since the first few people who got it actually won...

While stress or anxiety can sometimes trigger physical symptoms, it's important to rule out any underlying cardiac or neurological issues with appropriate tests and examinations. I recommend scheduling an appointment with a healthcare provider.

Then you should stop using Ai to answer a simple question such as that. For your information travelling to Ghana,Togo and other West African countries doesn't count.
Mugu

Your obsession with AI is amusing. Whether my response comes from AI, personal experience, or expert knowledge, what matters is the accuracy of the information, which you still haven't disproven.

Also, your claim that 'traveling to Ghana, Togo, and other West African countries doesn’t count' is misleading. While short regional trips may not carry as much weight as long-term international travel, they still establish a travel record. More importantly, every visa application is evaluated holistically, and travel history,no matter where, can contribute to demonstrating compliance with immigration rules.

Instead of fixating on AI, try focusing on facts. If you have a valid counterpoint, bring it. If not, you're just making noise.
TravelRe: Can I Go To Ghana, Benin Republic To Gain Travel History For F1 Visa? by SoftSport(m): 7:20am On Feb 02, 2025
AfahaAbia:
All you wrote is jargons!!! Must you use AI to answer a simple questionhuh How does the bolded above relate?
F0©lish man!

Your comment is unnecessarily dismissive. The point of my message is simple: while travel history is not a mandatory requirement for the visa, it can serve as a positive indicator of a person's credibility. If someone has traveled internationally and returned to their home country as required, it suggests they are likely to comply with visa conditions. This can strengthen their case in the eyes of the visa officer.

Dismissing a valid explanation as 'jargon' doesn’t change the fact that travel history can be a useful factor in visa applications. If you disagree, it’s better to provide a logical counterargument rather than resorting to baseless criticism.
