A petrol tanker overturned near the Army Barracks in Onitsha yesterday, and people were seen scooping fuel from the fallen vehicle. Despite numerous past incidents where explosions have claimed many lives in similar situations, some Nigerians seem not to have learned from these tragedies. It is heartbreaking that people continue to engage in such a dangerous act.
