This is to announce that management has approved the removal of the Mobile Unlimited internet plan (Smartphone Unlimited) with current pricing of N12,500 from all our sales channels effective 30th November, 2017.

 

In order to ensure that customers still enjoy the unlimited package, there is a chance to upsell them to the Long Term Unlimited plans (365, while the 180 and 365 without device are still being finalized) as well as promote the ntel more plans as well which currently has the double and triple data running.

 

On the 1st December, 2017, the following plans will then be introduced on the ntel network, marketing and communications for these plans will be done through all our channels by our brands/marketing team. Some of these plans already exist but there is the introduction of the Fair Usage Policy on them.

1.   Customers now have the opportunity to buy the (about to be decommissioned N12,500 plans) ntel unlimited plans long term (12 months),

2.   Introduction of Monthly fair usage (as a result of feedback from the FLT after the introduction of the initial 3GB FUP)

But guys I think ntel has stop there 3gb limit , they stick to 1.4mbps now

Okay sha but that's how I accidentally did mine yesterday though have used 3gb and it become slow around 2pm cus i was managing it, when it start slowing it was really annoying so had to turn it off on till that 11:40

I'm on night shift and I mistakenly restarted the router when I resumed duty at 7pm, the speed can only just manage to browse Nairaland, other sites are not opening. Thinking of sleeping now and wake up later as there is no movie to kill the boredom here now

Sorry. try this, turn off ur router and leave it off when it 11.40pm on it and check the speed that's how I accidentally did mine yesterday

Guy i don't know what happen to my NTEL line, have use my daily limit but it still fast

Guys pls help which one is better out of swift 8k unlimited at night and smile unlimited lite 10k after use of 60gb speed will reduce to 256kb is it better that NTEL 52kb after 3gb pay day?

Ntel have start their fair usage policy it really bad, now after 3gb speed will reduse to 50 to 70 kbps on till the next day, it really suck to open a page it a problem
