#UPDATE ON UNILORIN ADMISSION

The school registrar professor E.D Obafemi is being interviewed this morning on unilorinfm radio 89.3.
He said the school can't resume unless the second batch is released.He also said the NUC has approved to the school to admit more 2000 students to the given quota.Now the school will admit 9800+. According to the senate meeting they had today the second list will be released soon.

This is a direct message from the senate commitee unilorin:
Second batch university of ilorin admission list will include those with less than 50 percent and will be out next week wednesday.
If you had 40% and above and did well in your jamb, be expecting an alert by wednesday 21st of october next week. Yes boss I rep life sciences, oya guys let's turn up GBAM

the jamb e facility card can be use five times check the card well you is it there, I have used mine twice, you can only use it for one result

U dont need JAMB registration slip. U only need ur jamb result.

i have explained before...its Jamb result ( either original or notification).
Don't let anyone confuse you.
Look at it yourself...if you were the one clearing students, would you want the slip the student used for the registration of the exam or would you want the result of the exam?
Your Jamb reg slip is not necessary....abi is dt a new style?

Unless things have changed, other than that, You do not need jamb Registration slip, what you need is the result....that proves you registered for the exam.
I believe someone has listed the requirements above....except the Testimonial he wrote....I guess the rest are in order.
Pls, relax....if you relax and take things easy, you can't err.
By the way, I believe the school will list what is required.
For the sake of clarity:
1) Jamb result
2) waec/neco/ijmb result
3) birth certificate
4) passport with red background
5) certificate of origin
6) post utme result
7) admission letter

the above docs mentioned are for both before and after clearance....and dts wat i can remember for now.

Jamb registration slip? As in what you used to register for the exam? What do you need that for?

there are two types. The one with ur scores but without passport is your notification of result while the orignal result is the one that has both passport and scores on it.

U can get JAMB e-facility card at any nearest jamb office. U can also get d e-facility card at any cafe (Those cafe owners use to buy it in bulk from jamb office). U can use it to print ur original JAMB slip and upload d pin and serial number afterwards..The maximum number of times u can use the scratch card is 5 times, Unilorin will only use d scratch card once out of the 5 times and u are going to use it once also. U can use the scratch card for d remaining 3 times available for anything u like (Maybe for printing JAMB result, JAMB slip e.t.c) but i will advice u to use d scratch card for d remaining three times after u have been cleared.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR FRESH
STUDENTS
STEP 1: BIO-DATA REGISTRATION
1. Once you have been cleared, visit the
University of Ilorin Website
(www.unilorin.edu.ng) and click on the
New Undergraduate Portal link
2. Click on the Login Link on the Portal
and log-in using your JAMB Registration
Number as Login ID and Surname as
your default password.
3. Fill the displayed Bio-data template
carefully. You will be required to change
your initial Password from your
Surname to a new one which should be
confidential and known to you alone.
You are advised to choose a password
that is difficult to guess but memorable
to you. In case you forget your password,
the password recovery is available
online after payment of necessary
charges. Please be mindful of the
spellings and arrangements of your
names.
STEP 2: COURSE REGISTRATION
a. After the completion of the Steps
above, click on Course Registration link to
proceed with your course registration
b. Print out your preliminary course
registration form and forward to your
Level Adviser, who should authenticate
the courses you have selected before
payment. Once you register for wrong
courses you will need to use Add/Drop
form to make amendment(s).
NOTE: Any Student who fails to
authenticate with the Level Adviser
selected courses before payment does so
at his/her own risk.
c. After authentication, go back to the
website and register as advised by your
Level Adviser.
d. Your customized charges and levies
would be displayed and you would be
requested to make online payment for
approved charges, using your ATM Verve
or Master Card.
NOTE: Students are expected to pay only
N250.00 in addition to the main charges
and thus they are to ensure that there is
enough balance in their bank accounts.
e. If payment is successful, you are to
print the payment receipt and four
copies of the final course form.
f. Forward the copies to your Level
Adviser and Faculty Officer for
appropriate signatures and collect your
copy from the Faculty Office. Keep your
copy safely as you would need it for your
Examinations.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR REGISTRATION
IS INCOMPLETE EVEN AFTER SUBMISSION
ONLINE UNTIL YOUR FORMS ARE
ENDORSED BY YOUR LEVEL ADVISER AND
FACULTY OFFICER WITHIN THE
REGISTRATION PERIOD.
ADD AND/OR DROP FORM
NOTE: The form can be accessed after 3
weeks of registration. Processing of ADD/
Drop Form is based on Semester and all
procedures for actualizing ADD/DROP
must be completed within the stipulated
period.
Procedure for ADD/DROP
Students who have concerns regarding
registration (e.g. error in registration)
can add or drop courses. This should be
done online without downloading any
form by the affected students. The
concerned students are required to pay
online and effect changes as approved
by their Level Adviser. Students should
note that ADD/DROP of courses should be
done within the period stipulated online
by the University as lateness will not be
condoned.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Students are to note that all payments
shall be online and shall be through the
use of ATM cards on the University
Portal.
Note: ATM Cards on the InterSwitch
platform are supported, including Verve
and Master Cards.
STUDENTS ARE ADVISED TO BEWARE OF
FRAUDSTERS IN THE HANDLING THEIR
PAYMENT CARD DETAILS AND REPORT ANY
FRAUDULENT ACT TO THE SECURITY UNIT,

Remember the deadline given by jamb to all schools to end all admission registration is october 31...
So the list is much more closer than u can think Of...
