Optometry being competitive or not, I think its mainly cos of its 'status'(at least for now) in the labour market. Its only 2 years old here in unilorin. The dept's block sef is a make-shift from the current faculty of life science office block(block 5) but i trust unilorin, they have plans for the course. I only hope the applicants have plans too. Do u know what optometry & vision science entails? Whats d diff btw a BSc Optometry & vision science holder & an optician?
