hello guys many of us have followed this thread from day one and have learnt from it. pls quit the name callings and keep up the Good work. hopefully spyder and am alone will share a drink together after your homes are completed. . i dont think anyone should go back to school i think u should all offer constructive criticism and move on. spyder is not going to live in am alone's house and vice-versa so build to your taste and let God bless your effort.

@ am alone, how much have u spent so far to the gutter level excluding land. i am about to embark on a project, i am trying to visualise how much my cash at the moment will take me thanks.

omonuan, you should read the post well b4 replying. an earlier post by brabus states the fact that the finished house is not his house it is only a prototype. and i think these guys are trying to help us with all the information they are giving so lets not be so much on the offense with them, its not a court of law. whatever you learn here may not apply directly to your project but a thing to note and work with.

@ brabus very nice work. what is the size of the land you are building on? i am trying to make comparism with a plot i am about to buy as i may not be physically inspecting the land myself. thanks

karu and apo are fine by me as long as they are buildable and have appropriate papers. let me know what is readily available for immediate purchase.

thanks guys for your input. my preference is actually karu. can anyone comment on the land problems in lugbe. cos i heard alot of land there has been revocked, and those who have land can not even build

thanks alot but i was looking for something i can build. i am not crazy about anything very close to town because i canot afford it. i dont mind places like karu or nyanya. atleast places between 15-20minutes from town. as per the 16million land i will let u know when i hit a jackpot but for now i can only afford atmost 3.5million. let me know if u have anything for me thanks again
