please VO, I need a directive/clarification on this, last year I was denied an entry into USA at JFK and issued with 5 years ban based on the officer view that I obtained my B1 visa under false information, now I am married to a USA citizen, do I need to wait for the expiration of my ban before she start the filling process for me to join her or is there a way the ban can be lift/waive.
