It doesn't mean it's good.To know if a used battery is still good and can still retain energy,you measure it's remaining AH(Ampere/Hour), if your battery 150Ah has more than 50% of it's AH remaining it's still okay as used,if not sell it as scrap and stop scamming innocent people.
Secondly,look at the N1500 meter you're using and you will call yourself an engineer? What can you do with this? Can it even read DC charging Amps? SMH.
