This thread is strictly for used inverter and solar package.

The major challenge in setting up a solar power system is the cost...SOLAR IS EXPENSIVE, don't let anyone deceive into getting a cheap system and promise heaven and Earth...it may lead to premium tears.

Another thing I found with Nigerians is, people don't want to start small, they just want the solar to power even their electric cooker and when you ask them of their budget...you will I have just 300k .


As at today a China 200ah battery brand new is 130,000 just a battery. A rugged 200ah India battery like quanta or ritar is 215k at dealer price. Now imagine the total cost to setup a standard system including the cost of a pure sine wave inverter, solar charge controller, solar panels, solar cable and other accessories.

This is why many people shy away from getting solar power system. Solar works! If you really want to benefit from the technology, you actually need to invest some good amount of money into it.

TALKING ABOUT USED SYSTEMS
We sell fairly used systems, as at today we have over 900 pieces of tokunbo solar panels imported from Australia 200w to 350w at a pocket friendly price.

We also have used and tested batteries which most times we get from customers who are traveling out of the country or from banks. There was a time we imported used 190ah/12v safepower batteries of over 700 units working at optimal condition, we sold each for 83k. A brand new safepower battery is 197k.

We also do have used inverters of different capacity. Sometimes we do buy systems that is less than 3 months used and sell out to a lucky buyer at a ridiculous price.

This is the purpose of creating this thread to help Nigerians who want to get a low budget solar System.
