MZrapper:I've got items(players) sitting idle (not featuring much)... And they are wasting away (on the bench)... You get in touch with me informing me about how much you like those items.. I say "great... But you are gonna be maintaining it, and covering all costs." "Awesome," you reply. We shake hands and the deal is closed. Another scenario, you have a look at the goods, and say, "hey, they aren't in so great à condition, or it isn't something I can't do without. I'll tell you what" you say, "I'll handle 50% of the maintenance cost and you handle 50." (In some cases, you checkout the goods and they maybe be very shitty... And you may offer to handle just 30% of maintenance cost). I think about it.... Indeed, I know that even 50% is an awesome deal.. So we shake hands on it. Then there is the great one. You like my goods, I love them too, and I'm not looking to sell or lease out. You know it's gonna be hard to get me to let it go, even for a wee bit.... So what do you do? You offer me some money to rent my items, and still offer to cover total maintenance costs. Then, I'm thinking ans I'm like "I've got two other substitutes, I could really do without that item for a bit, yeah?" We deliberate on figures, and in a wee bit, we are shaking hands. Of course, the godfather (FiFA) will still need to give his blessings (approved loan) for our deal to be closed. There are lots of ways they can pan out, especially figures.... But that's just about how it works. ![]() |

CokeBar:It's not even that unbelievable. I've got freelancers easily doing N1m plus. My close buddy did N2.5m in January. That's just $2k. I believe you were working remotely for a foreign firm, yeah? |
SoNature:Get an unlimited plan....part of your overhead. |
You can only have it done in Abuja. Good with sufficient proof. |
Can we go any lower? No one should be surprised anyway. |

N390k per plot at Omagwa. Behind new UST's property. Price includes registered survey. No bush entry. No signing fee. 14 plots currently sold. 6 left in the current batch. Next batch will most likely be more expensive, as University of science and Technology have started putting out road network markings and cleared the route. Know someone interested? Refer and earn a commission. Send a WhatsApp message on 08185002444 if interested or know someone that is. Picture attached was taken over the weekend. Road and drainage construction leading to the property is making progress.

Prolly the government that got him mad.. So it comes and goes |
Of course, your house isn't gone. Worse case scenario is that you will pay the loan. I feel it will be best to get family members involved, better to lose such a lousy cousin than part with millions you didn't enjoy. If he refuses to pay, ways to get his properties auctioned to raise as much cash as possible will be the best route. There is always a way, as long as you don't mind bridges getting burnt. This doesn't seem like a bridge that will hurt badly if burnt down. Perhaps, you passed through tough experiences in college... Remember how Objectives were achieved with the aid of friends? We have all been in deep holes before. Your focus should be limiting the damage. But perhaps, see what happens by next week, while you are mapping out strategies. |
Position filled. You can still reach out if interested in future openings. Regards |

frowland:To make a correction on the previous feedback given.... As regards the topic, we needed for a client, but there is nothing like that in that local government, save for one owned by the Nwuche family.... Which the people didn't want, so the request was closed. However, we have vast plots for sale at IPO and on the boundary between Isiokpo and Omagwa-area just purchased by RSUST. If you need help with anything, kindly get in touch. Regards, SoliBay Team (SC) |
