you should have done upfront medical before submitting your application. nevertheless, you can as well do it over there if possible.

you need to have some documents to proof your home ties. for example, landed property documents of either you or you sponsor and if you are married, let your wife do affidavit of support and should state in it that she is aware of your visiting to Canada and that you are coming back to meet your family after the duration of your study.
