Okay boss thank you for responding it means I will need an affidavit for NIN correction ?

Good afternoon House,please am new here,I will so much appreciate if some one can guide me,I want to DIY my international passport thankfully with all the thread have read so far I think I know where to start but my problem now is I don’t have any date of birth certificate and am seeing 2 websites attestation and national population commission which one suite my problem cos am confused and another problem is I want to change my date of birth on my NIN and BVN and I don’t want that error to reflect again on my Passport,what is the first step I need to take to correct my NIN and BVN Date of birth before going for Passport registration,please house help a brother.
