Has anybody already processed or stil processing the ongoing cac free registration with prospect?
Because Jos today has been a battle of no survival, from massive turn up of Tom, Dick and Harry, The officials became gods, refused to release just the forms for registration.
Has anyone collected the form already? and is the form issued in the various center the same with the one online? Do the stamp before issuing of the forms?

It's this applicable to all states, because today the Governor here in plateau State said the total Lock down continues on Monday
