Maybe a fine and possible removal/structuring of management, but I doubt if they would be found guilty. Those cowboys have good lawyers, in fact they are lawyers themselves. The problem is they deceived shareholders to approve so many illegalities using capital raising exercise as the backbone.

Watch most of their statements they would tell you they got shareholders approval. Oando under Wale is a big fraud and I would continue to say it. He needs to reign with all his management team.

I have only gotten the second message for one of the registrars waiting for the other two.
I plan to call them by next week to know the status and to ask them on what steps do I need to take to claim my outstanding dividend.

If you have unclaimed dividend with them,call them and if it is all about future dividend, you don't need to worry yourself, just wait and the alert will come in once dividend is declared and paid.

You get to see this bull trap when market enters bull cycle on some dead stocks. Dead stock because fundamentals is zero and intrinsic value is close to nothing. Any smart investor will not fall for this trick. Where there is just a minor reversal many get their fingers burnt.

Nothing is happening in Skye for now. Huge toxic assets in their balance sheet. CBN has mandated it's imposed mangement to clean up and put the bank on profitability. For now nothing positive about the bank...The former directors are yet to repay their loans as such the bank is still hemorrhaging and it will be too risky to just throw away one's money. (Except it's Dasuki's loot.. )....

However, if you are tempted to enter, you better Rebuke the devil sponsoring the temptation and flee with your money...

Which dirty alert. CSCS has been charging me fee for alert which I was getting before but suddenly stopped..I have complained severally to my broker but nothing has been done since then.

To those defending brokers like cheap-ass- dirty- stinking wig lawyer, I pity you. Never stick out your neck for any of them. The short cuts and sharp practices they do with clients money cannot make me vouch for them.
