FINALLY
I worked in that town for almost 2 years. It was total blackout. No light, no potable drinking water except sachet water. Thank God they now have light. It was only Nigerian Prisons and Mr Chukwuka Nwaunkoni a.k.a. Soup Lele that had functional boreholes in the whole town. |
