Why not their state? Why Lagos?

The same people who criticize the sanitation exercise are the same people that’ll say Lagos is smelling. When flood comes, they’ll complain. Now they’re complaining about a 2hrs per month exercise to reduce flooding. Some of us will just say anything as long as it makes the government looks bad
